Worst day.. Ever?

Ok maybe thats being a bit dramatic but like working 12 hour shifts when you got little to no sleep = bad news bears
I spilled a pediatricians tea all over the nurses station and then the hot male resident helped me clean it up
But seriously you guys he’s so hot and that was so embarassing
